Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 14, 2016, by the Philadelphia Parking Authority ("the Authority"), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the "Parking Authority Law,".
Scope of Work
The Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) operates seven parking garages and a 7,000 space, grade level, paved economy parking lot at the Philadelphia International Airport. The PPA intends to make repairs to the stormwater drainage system at the economy lot.
The Authority will contract with a Site Utilities Contractor to provide all necessary labor and materials to repair the existing stormwater drainage system.
The bid documents for this solicitation will be available after 3:00 PM on Thursday, June 16, 2016. Interested firms can obtain the documents from Mary Wheeler, Manager of Contract Administration, in the offices of the Authority, located at 701 Market Street, Suite 5400, Philadelphia, PA 19106. The bid documents may be obtained for a fee of $75.00 paid by check or money order made payable to the Philadelphia Parking Authority.
Respondents are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the offices of the Philadelphia Parking Authority - Airport Operations located at 1 Main Toll Plaza, Philadelphia International Airport, Philadelphia, Pa 19153.

Application of Agway Energy Services, LLC For Approval To Offer, Render, Furnish Natural Gas Supply Services as a Marketer/Broker or Aggregator Engaged In The Business Of Supplying Natural Gas Supply Services, To The Public In The Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania, Docket No. A125125.
On June 10th, 2016, Agway Energy Services, LLC filed an application with Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission to amend their Natural Gas License Application to provide natural gas supply services as (1) as supplier of natural gas, (2) a broker/marketer engaged in the business of supplying natural gas, and (3) an aggregator engaged in the business of providing natural gas services in the service territories of Equitable Gas, PECO Energy, Peoples TWP LLC, Philadelphia Gas Works, UGI Central Penn, UGI Penn Natural Gas, and UGI Utilities. Agway Energy Services, LLC proposes to sell natural gas and related services throughout Pennsylvania and specifically within the utility service territories described above under the provisions of the Natural Gas Choice and Competition Act.
The PUC may consider this application without a hearing. Protests directed to the technical or financial fitness of Agway Energy Services, LLC may be filed within 15 days of the date of this notice with the Secretary of the PUC, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120. You should send copies of any protest to Agway Energy Services at the address listed below. Please include the PUC's "docket number" on any correspondence which is A-125125.
