NOTICE OF FILING AN APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that on July 10, 2013, Fox Chase Bank, with its principal place of business located at 4390 Davisville Road, Hatboro, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania 19040, filed with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities, pursuant to Section 1609 of the Banking Code of 1965, as amended, an application for approval to convert from a federal savings bank to a Pennsylvania state-chartered savings bank. The corporate title of the resulting institution will be Fox Chase Bank. All interested persons may file comments regarding this application, in writing, with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities, Corporate Applications Division, 17 North Second Street, Suite 1300, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17101-2290.
