The Philadelphia Department of Human Services will conduct a Public Hearing on the Needs Based Plan and Budget for Children and Youth Services for Fiscal Year 2015 and Implementation Plan and Budget for Fiscal Year 2014. To be held Thursday August 1, 2013 at 5:00p.m at Temple University Center City. 1515 Market St. Room 222, (entrance in plaza in rear of building), Philadelphia, PA 19102 Draft copies of the Plan will be available for inspection at the Main Library, all Regional Library Branches and online at www.phila.gov/dhs beginning Monday July 22, 2013. Individuals who wish to testify at the hearing should call the Office of Policy and Planning at 215-683-1783.
