Policy Statement of Wesley Enhanced Living
Admission - Wesley Enhanced Living continuing care retirement communities, which provide some combination of independent living, personal care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, and/or dementia care services have agreed to comply with the provisions of the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and all requirements imposed pursuant thereto to the end that no persons shall, on the grounds of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by, and in accordance with, all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing nondiscrimination, be excluded from participation in, being denied benefits of, or otherwise be subject to discrimination in the provision of care or service with regards to the admission, treatment and transfer of residents and patients.
