PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PURSUANT TO SECTION 147(f)
OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED
Notice is hereby given, in compliance with requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, that the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency proposes to issue its special limited obligation multifamily housing development bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $11,700,000, to provide funding to Partnership Preservation Associates, L.P., a Pennsylvania limited partnership ("Owner"), whose general partner is Partnership Preservation Housing Development Corporation, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, L.P., an entity controlled (through majority ownership of its sole member) by 1260 Housing Development Corporation, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation located at 2042-48 Arch Street, 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103. These funds will be used together with other funds to facilitate the acquisition, renovation, construction and equipping and/or improvement of multifamily residential rental housing and commercial project called Partnership Preservation Initiative (the "Project"). The Project is comprised of the following sites all located in Philadelphia: 2122, 2125, 2126 and 2130-2142 and 2131-2141 N. Gratz Street, 3036-3042 Frankford Avenue, 3072 Amber Street, 3053 Braddock Street, 4230-4248 West Thompson Street, 1324 Walnut Street, 1912-1930 North Fourth Street and 4501-4515 Westminster Avenue.
The Project will be managed by Columbus Property Management & Development, Inc., located at 2042-48 Arch Street, 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103.
A public hearing to discuss this financing will be held at the offices of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, 211 North Front Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17101 on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Any individual intending to testify in writing should mail such written statements to the Secretary at the address listed below prior to the date of the hearing.
