Notice to Bidders
The Center City District (CCD), Philadelphia, PA will be accepting bids from contractors with experience in providing private un-armed security services for Dilworth Plaza, Philadelphia, PA
Dilworth Plaza is in its final stages of renovation and is scheduled to open in September, 2014. The Plaza restoration will create a broad open plaza, lawn and shaded green areas, an outdoor café, and a programmable fountain that can be turned off in segments to accommodate a range of special events, concerts, outdoor markets, or winter ice-skating. Lower level improvements include revised transit access improved sight lines for safety and pedestrian flow. Security will be responsible to monitor site activities generally during non-operational hours according to schedules provided in the bid package, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the contractor and the CCD.

A mandatory site tour of Dilworth Plaza and pre-bid meeting will be held on May 29, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. pursuant to the RFP instructions.
