PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
The Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development (the "Authority") will hold a public hearing on July 8, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., in the offices of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, located at 2600 Centre Square West, 1500 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19102, to discuss the issuance of tax-exempt revenue bonds in one or more series (the "Bonds") for the following project (the "Project"):
A. Initial Owner: Aria Health System and one or more affiliates, including but not limited to Aria Health, Aria Health Physicians, Aria Health Orthopaedics, and Hospital Medical Imaging, Inc., each a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation
B. Maximum Amount of Bonds: $75,000,000
C. Description of the Project to be Financed: The proceeds of the Bonds will be used for a project (the "Project") consisting of: (i) the financing or reimbursement of the costs of construction, renovation, acquisition, equipping and furnishing of various capital projects, which may include an Emergency Room at the Torresdale Campus (approximately 90,000 square feet), ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases) Code Implementation (systemwide), enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation (systemwide), Electronic Health Records Initiatives, Linear Accelerator Replacement at the Torresdale Campus, Cancer Center at the Torresdale Campus, Urgent Care Center at the Aria Annex, and Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS) Radiology Replacement (systemwide), as well as additional capital budget expenditures; (ii) the payment of capitalized interest on the Bonds; and (iii) the payment of certain costs of issuance in respect of the Bonds.

At the public hearing, any and all persons in attendance will be afforded an opportunity to comment on the proposed Project and the issuance by the Authority of its Bonds therefor.
This notice is published, and the public hearing is being held by and on behalf of the Authority as the issuer of the Bonds, and on behalf of the County of Bucks with respect to Project facilities located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and regulations promulgated thereunder.
