Notice is hereby given that Articles of Incorporation have been filed with the Department of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on or before 7/30/2013, with respect to a proposed nonprofit corporation, Catholic Community Services, Inc., which has been incorporated under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988. A brief summary of the purpose or purposes for which said corporation is organized is: to engage in a benevolent undertaking to provide for the temporal and spiritual welfare of homeless, abused, neglected, delinquent, or otherwise vulnerable children by giving them housing, food, clothing, counseling, health care, day care, general social services, or other care, by providing instruction in matters of secular knowledge and training in Christian morals and character, by providing job training when they arrive at the proper age of work, or by carrying out any of the foregoing objectives through the medium of others. Solely for the above purposes, the Corporation is empowered to exercise all rights and powers conferred by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania upon nonprofit corporations. Ref# 0003088505-01
