Receipt of a Plan or Report (for site-specific standard)

Notice is hereby given that Haines and Kibblehouse, Inc., on behalf of Lockheed Martin Corp., has submitted a combination Remedial Investigation Report and Risk Assessment Report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Southeast Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of a combination of standards that include the groundwater site-specific standard for a site located at 230 Mall Blvd., King of Prussia, Montgomery County, PA. Thomas Green has indicated that the remediation measures taken will attain compliance with the groundwater site-specific cleanup standard established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
This notice is made under the provision of the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2.
