Remedial Investigation/Final Report and Vapor Risk Assessment
(Sections 302(e)(1)(ii), 303(h)(1)(ii), 304(n)(1)(I), and 305c(1)) Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that REPSG, Inc on behalf of Bottom Dollar Food Northeast, LLC, will submit to the PADEP a Revised NIR, a Combined Remedial Investigation/Final Report, and a Vapor Risk Assessment for a Site located at 6301 Chew Avenue, Philadelphia. The objective is to demonstrate compliance with Statewide Health Standards for contaminants of concern in Site ground-water and Site Specific Standards for Site soils. The soil remediation consists of institutional controls in the form of use limitations.
