A guardianship case has been filed in the Circuit Court for Cecil County, Maryland, Case No. 07-Z-14-000012 TPR. All persons who believe themselves to be parents of a male child born on March 24, 2013, in Harford County, Maryland, to Ashley Lauren Miller, mother (DOB: 11/12/1991), and John Raymond Reed, III, father (DOB: 7/20/1985), shall file a written response.
