Request for Proposals
The Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority advises that it will receive proposals from qualified proposers for the following:
Contractor shall provide proposals to install HIGH DENSITY WIRELESS SYSTEM at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Proposals will be received at the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority, 1101 Arch St., Philadelphia PA 19107-2299 until 4:00pm E.S.T. on January 6, 2015. Proposal documents may be obtained on the web at http://www.paconvention.com/vendors.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center from 1:30pm 3:00pm on Monday, December 15, 2014 in Conference Room B. Attendance at this meeting is non-mandatory for all prospective proposers.
This advertisement does not constitute an offer on the part of the Authority. Rather it is intended only to solicit Proposals. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals.
