NOTICE
Pursuant to the Real Estate Tax Sale, Act of 1947, P.L. 1368 No 542, Section 607, as amended, all properties sold for delinquent real estate taxes at the Bucks County Tax Claim Bureau sale, held on September 16, 2014, November 12, 2014 and December 9, 2014 have been presented by Consolidated Return and Decree Nisi of the Tax Claim Bureau to the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County No. 2014-06427 signed by the Honorable Albert John Cepparulo on January 15, 2015. All objections and exceptions, thereto, may be filed by any owner or lien creditor within thirty (30) days after the aforesaid date of the Consolidated Return and Decree Nisi, otherwise, the Consolidated Return and Decree Nisi will be confirmed absolute.
