William Cramp Schoolyard Improvements
Request for Bids
THE TRUST FOR PUBLIC LAND
Contract for construction services consisting of the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and facilities necessary to complete the playground and storm water capture improvements described in the Project Manual. Bidder must be included on the list of Pre-qualified Contractors maintained by the School District of Philadelphia as of the due date for the Bid.
Sealed, original bids must be delivered to The Trust for Public Land (TPL) offices at, 1501 Cherry Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102 no later than 3/3/15 2:00 PM, local time. Bids will be opened at 2:01 PM. A pre-bid conference will take place at 12:30 PM on 2/18/15 at 3449 N. Mascher Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140.
The Project Manual may be purchased for $65 (payable by cashiers' check, money order, or cash) from beginning 2/4/15, 9:AM-4 PM at the TPL office (267-519-5303). Bidders are cautioned to read the Project Manual in its entirety. No refunds of the cost of the Project Manual will be given. Owner reserves the right to cancel or modify this solicitation at any time.
