FOR THE ESTATE OF GIOCONDO NAVEK
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT pending in the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, County of Camden, CAM-L-292-14, is an application for the appointment of an administrator ad prosequendum for the estate of Giocondo Navek. Any interested party may obtain a copy of the Order to Show Cause by contacting the Atlantic City office of Fox Rothschild LLP. Any party desiring to object to the relief sought must notify Fox Rothschild LLP, in writing, by March 27, 2015; must file and serve a written response by March 27, 2015; and, must appear and show cause before the Superior Court at the Camden County Courthouse, 101 South 5th Street, 5th Floor, Camden, New Jersey at 2:00 p.m. on April 10, 2015.
