PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
The Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority (the "Authority") will hold a public hearing on March 26, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. prevailing time, at the offices of the Authority located on the Second Floor at 1035 Mumma Road, Wormleysburg, PA 17043, to discuss the issuance of tax-exempt revenue bonds (the "Bonds") in one or more series pursuant to a plan of finance for the following educational facility project (the "Project") of Saint Joseph's University, an organization which is described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"):
A. Initial Owner: Saint Joseph's University
B. Maximum Amount of Bonds: $76,000,000
C. Description of the Project to be financed: (i) the current refunding of the Authority's Saint Joseph's University Revenue Bonds, Series A of 2008; (ii) the current refunding of the Authority's Saint Joseph's University Revenue Bonds, Series B of 2010; (iii) the current refunding of the Authority's Saint Joseph's University Revenue Bonds, Series 2013A; and (iv) the payment of certain costs of issuing the Bonds.
D. Location of Project: The Saint Joseph's University campus, with its administrative office located at 5600 City Avenue, Philadelphia, PA. The approximately 115 acre campus is located on the north and south sides of City Avenue between 54th Street and Lancaster Avenue, in Philadelphia and Montgomery Counties, PA.
At the public hearing, any and all persons in attendance will be afforded an opportunity to comment on the proposed Project and the issuance by the Authority of its Bonds therefore. This notice is published, and the public hearing is being held by and on behalf of the Authority as the issuer of the Bonds as required by the Code.
