Notice of Intent to Remediate under the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2.
Pursuant to Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that Women's Community Revitalization Project (WCRP) will submit a Notice of Intent to Remediate (NIR) to the PADEP, SE Regional Office, for the Site located at 2201 E. Auburn Ave., Phila., PA. The property is owned by the City of Phila.; WCRP is performing the remediation. The NIR states that soil and groundwater impacts at Site will demonstrate attainment of either Site-Specific Standards (SSS) or Statewide Health Standards. Act 2 provides for a 30-day comment period for the SSS, during which the City of Phila. or the public may request a public involvement plan be developed and implemented. The publication date of this notice begins the 30-day comment period.
