You are hereby notified that Plaintiff, U.S.Bank National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of January 4, 2004, 2004-CB1, C- BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004- CB1, c/o Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, has filed a Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint endorsed with a Notice to Defend, against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, docketed to NO. 130101881, wherein Plaintiff seeks to foreclose on the mortgage secured on your property located, 6250 Crafton St., Philadelphia, PA 19149, whereupon your property would be sold by the Sheriff of Philadelphia County.
