NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
and REPORT SUBMITTAL
This notice is hereby given that Wissahickon Charter Schools (WCS) will host a public meeting at 7:00 pm July 29, 2013 at 6703 Germantown Ave, Ste 200, Phila, PA 19119 to discuss and receive comments on its environmental investigation at the proposed Wissahickon Charter School, located at 815-825 E Washington Ln, Phila, PA ("Site"). A Combined Remedial Investigation Report/Cleanup Plan ("the Report") describing investigations at the Site to date and proposing cleanup consisting of excavation of soils, engineering and institutional controls in the form of pathway elimination and use limitations is available for public review at the Phila Free Library, Lovett Branch (6945 Germantown Ave) June 28, 2013 - July 29, 2013. The objective of the cleanup and reporting is to attain compliance with the Statewide Health Standard and Site Specific Standards for contaminants of concern in Site soils under Act 2. Pursuant to the Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, May 19, 1995 ("Act 2") (Section § 250.5) notice is hereby given that REPSG, Inc has submitted the Report to PADEP for their review.
