You are hereby notified that Plaintiff, TGT Properties, LLC, has filed a Complaint to Quiet Title, endorsed with a Notice to Defend, against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania docketed to February Term, 2015, No. 2582, wherein Plaintiff seeks judgment that it is the legal and equitable owner of the entirety of premises 849 N. 16th Street, Philadelphia, and that Warner Faith Tabernacle, and Its Unknown Successors, Assigns and All Persons, Firms or Associations Claiming Right, Title or Interest from or Under It have no right, title or interest therein.
