PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a Special Meeting of the Cherry Hill Township Council on Monday, May 18, 2015, in the Cherry Hill Township Municipal Building, 820 Mercer St, Cherry Hill, NJ, in the N. John Amato Council Chambers, (formerly known as Room 208) at 5:30 PM. It is anticipated that Council will go into closed session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation in the matter captioned Fair Share Housing Center et al. v. Cherry Hill Township et al., Docket #L-04889-01, during which the public will be excluded. Upon conclusion of the closed session, formal action may also be taken on a Resolution Authorizing the Settlement of Claims. Formal action may also be taken on additional items that were not known to the clerk at the time this notice was sent for publication. Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend.
