Notice is hereby given that Articles of Incorporation have been filed with the Department of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on or before 8/27/2013, with respect to a proposed nonprofit corporation, Cathedral Close, Inc., which has been incorporated under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988. A brief summary of the purpose or purposes for which said corporation is organized is: for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of The Cathedral Church of the Saviour, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, in the Protestant Epsicopal Church in the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania and located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (the "Supported Organization"), for so long as the Supported Organization qualifies as an organization described in Section 501 (c)(3) and in Section 509 (a)(1) or (a)(2) of the Code.
