You are hereby notified that on June 20, 2013, Plaintiff, Citifinancial Services, Inc., filed a Complaint to Quiet Title endorsed with a Notice to Defend, against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County Pennsylvania, docketed to No. 130602547. Wherein Plaintiff seeks to enter an Order declaring that Plaintiff holds a valid first priority lien on the Property located at 4343 Josephine Street, Philadelphia, PA 19124-4018 as of May 29, 2007, and further directing the Recorder of Deeds of Philadelphia County to accept for recording a copy of the Mortgage attached to Plaintiff's Complaint to Quiet Title as Exhibit "A", and to record it with an effective date of May 29, 2007.
You are hereby notified to plead to the above referenced Complaint on or before 20 days from the date of this publication or Plaintiff will petition the Court to have a copy of the Mortgage recorded as a first priority lien against the Property located at 4343 Josephine Street, Philadelphia, PA 19124-4018 as of May 29, 2007.
