11th Street Family Health Services, Inc., hereby gives notice that articles of incorporation have been filed with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the provisions of the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law (15 Pa. Cons. Stat. §§ 5301 et seq.). The purpose for which the corporation was organized is to operate as a real estate holding company in furtherance of Drexel University tax exempt purposes.
