Wherein Plaintiff seeks to Evict all occupants at the property 4219 WHITING ROAD, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19154-2808 whereupon your property was sold by the Sheriff of PHILADELPHIA County.
You are hereby notified to plead to the above referenced Complaint on or before 20 days from the date of this publication or Judgment will be entered against you.
