Notification of
Receipt of a Plan or Report (for site-specific standard)
(Section 304(n)(2)(i))
Notice is hereby given that the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development (PAID) has submitted a Final Report for Ground-water to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Southeast Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of the Non-Residential site-specific standard for groundwater using pathway identification and elimination for a site located at 2751 S. 58th Street, 5736 Eastwick, and 3000 S.56th Streets in Philadelphia, PA. PAID has indicated that the remediation measures taken have attained compliance with the Non-Residential site-specific cleanup stan-dard established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Stan-dards Act. This notice is made under the provision of the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2
