Notice is hereby given that Articles of Incorporation have been filed with the Department of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on or before 1/9/2014, with respect to a proposed nonprofit corporation, AMERICAN FRIENDS OF NAMIBIAN WILDLIFE CONSERVA-TIONS, INC., which has been incorporated under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988. A brief summary of the purpose or purposes for which said corporation is organized is: the corporation is formed exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific and educational purposes within the meaning of Seciton 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as the same may be amended or modified or replaced by any future United States internal revenue law.
