ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION APPLICATIONS
The School District of Philadelphia's Office of Capital Programs is currently accepting Prequalification Applications for the following services:
Prime Construction Contractors
All prime construction contractors are required to be pre-qualified with the Office of Capital Programs in order to pursue Capital Improvement work (excluding emergency work) with the School District.
The application process is an open enrollment; however, formal School Reform Commission approval occurs every six months.
The current application due date is as follows:
Prime Construction Contractor Prequalification Application
Submittal Deadline - 5/30/14 by 2:00 P.M.
SRC Approval Date - 9/18/14*
* Prequalification approval typically occurs three months after the scheduled due date. Firms must receive written approval from the School District prior to pursuing work with the School District's Office of Capital Programs.
