PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Committee on Public Property and Public Works of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 11, 2014, at 1:30 PM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items:
130907 ... An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, a parcel of land bounded by North Delaware Avenue to the east, Spring Garden Street to the south, North Beach Street to the west, and Fairmount Avenue to the north, for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions.
130946 ... An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to purchase from the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development a certain tract of land together with the improvements thereon situate in the area bounded by 46th Street, Market Street, Haverford Avenue, and 48th Street, known as 4601 Market Street, under certain terms and conditions.
140057 ... An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a lease agreement with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority to lease from the City of Philadelphia the premises commonly known as the Chalfont Recreation Center, for further sublease, all under certain terms and conditions.
140058 ... An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a lease agreement with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority to lease from the City of Philadelphia the premises commonly known as the Junod Recreation Center, for further sublease, all under certain terms and conditions.
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Public Property and Public Works, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
