A PRE-BID MEETING will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at the Pyne Poynt Park Antenna site, located between 6th, 7th and Erie Streets, Camden, New Jersey. Attendance is strongly recommended.
BID SPECIFICATIONS for a Land Lease Agreement and related Programming Agreement with a radio station licensed to broadcast and serve Camden, New Jersey and the surrounding area on land located at the Pyne Poynt Park Antenna Site, between 6th, 7th And Erie Streets, Camden, New Jersey, may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Room 213, City Hall, Sixth and Market Streets, Camden, New Jersey.
Bidders must submit a complete and detailed bid response to the aforesaid Bid Specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond to the order of the City of Camden in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the sum of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00 together with a non-collusion affidavit.
The right to reject any and all bids or to accept the bid or any item of any bid deemed most advantageous to the City of Camden and to award a Land Lease Agreement and related Programming Agreement accordingly is expressly reserved to the authority of the City Council of the City of Camden.

Connections 2040 Long-Range Plan (LRP)
The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking your input and will open a public comment period for the above documents. The public comment period will open on May 27, 2016 and close at 5 p.m., June 27, 2016.
The TIP is the regionally agreed-upon list of priority transportation projects, as required by federal law. The Connections 2040 Long-Range Plan is the region's long-term vision for prioritizing transportation investments. DVRPC periodically amends the LRP to incorporate changes to regionally significant projects, reflect changes to the financial plan, and to maintain fiscal constraint of the LRP. The I-76 Integrated Corridor Management Project is proposed as an amendment to the Long-Range Plan at this time.
Please join us at a public meeting/ information session on the Draft FY2017 TIP for Pennsylvania and Draft Amendment to the LRP.

An Ordinance amending Subcodes "A" and "PM" of Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code ("The Philadelphia Administrative Code" and "The Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code"), by establishing a separate offense for certain chronic, non-compliant violators of the Property Maintenance Code; all under certain terms and conditions.
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Licenses and Inspections, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.

2. You may be able to petition the Court to set aside the sale if the bid price was grossly inadequate compared to the value of your property.
3. The sale will go through only if the buyer pays the Sheriff the full amount due on the sale. To find out if this has happened, you may call McCabe, Weisberg and Conway, P.C. at (215) 790-1010.
4. If the amount due from the buyer is not paid to the Sheriff, you will remain the owner of the property as if the sale never happened.
5. You have a right to remain in the property until the full amount due is paid to the Sheriff and the Sheriff gives a deed to the buyer. At that time, the buyer may bring legal proceedings to evict you.
6. You may be entitled to a share of the money which was paid for your real estate. A schedule of distribution of the money bid for your real estate will be filed by the Sheriff within thirty (30) days of the sale. This schedule will state who will be receiving that money. The money will be paid out in accordance with this schedule unless exceptions (reasons why the proposed schedule of
