The public comment period will open on May 27, 2016 and close at 5 p.m., June 27, 2016. The TIP is the regionally agreed-upon list of priority transportation projects, as required by federal law. The Connections 2040 Long-Range Plan is the region's long-term vision for prioritizing transportation investments. DVRPC periodically amends the LRP to incorporate changes to regionally significant projects, reflect changes to the financial plan, and to maintain fiscal constraint of the LRP. The I-76 Integrated Corridor Management Project is proposed as an amendment to the Long-Range Plan at this time.
