City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Transportation and Public Utilities of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 12, 2014, at 2:00 PM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following item: 140027 .... Resolution authorizing City Council's Committee on Transportation and Public Utilities to hold hearings to examine the status of the claims filed as a result of the July 22nd, 2012 water main break at 21st and Bainbridge and to investigate possible measures to ensure that victims of this instance, and of future water main breaks, are fully compensated for their losses. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Transportation and Public Utilities, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed item.
