Take Notice That Plaintiff has filed a Com-plaint in Civil Action to Mark Mortgage Satisfi-ed and Return Escrow Deposit with regard toproperty located at 4043-45 Market Street,Philadelphia, PA. Plaintiff avers that a sum ofmoney was paid to Defendant to secure pur-chase of the property and recorded Sept. 15,1998 in Mortgage Book JTD 1492 page 445.Plaintiff sold property in 2007 but an en-cumbrance appeared on title as mortgage wasnever marked satisfied and Title Company forbuyer will not release escrow funds.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requeststhis Honorable Court ORDER mortgage to bemarked Satisfied of Record and that TitleCompany release escrow funds.
