Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that on behalf of our client (Rite Aid Corporation), BL Companies will be submitting a Final Report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Southeast Regional Office, for the site located at 5129-5135 Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. The Final Report indicates that the site characterization and remedial investigation activities performed at the site have attained compliance with a combination of the site-specific and state- wide health cleanup standards for regulated substances in soil and ground water.
