Public Hearing Notice
The Committee on Rules of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 1, 2015, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items:
140519 .... An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Section 14-502 to further provide for requirements within the Center City Overlay District and to make technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
140239 .... An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Germantown Avenue, School House Lane, Greene Street, and Armat Street.
150264 .... An Ordinance amending Title 14 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising and clarifying certain provisions and making technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
150285 .... An Ordinance amending Section 14-517 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "/UED Urban Experiential Display Overlay Control District," to provide for further regulations regarding urban experiential displays, under certain terms and conditions.
150355 .... An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Fifth Street, Reed Street, Fourth Street, and Dickinson Street. Further to approve the Residential Mixed-Use-2 District (RMX-2) Master Plan for the site generally bounded by Fifth Street, Reed Street, Fourth Street, and Dickinson Street, formally known as the Mount Sinai Hospital.
150441 .... An Ordinance amending Chapter 9-3900 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Property Licenses and Owner Accountability," Chapter 14-600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Use Regulations," and Chapter 19-2400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Hotel Room Rental Tax," to facilitate short-term rentals of accommodations, to clarify the imposition and collection of Hotel Tax on the same, and to make technical and clarifying changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Rules, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
