You are hereby notified that Plaintiff, Urban Financial of America, LLC c/o Celink, has filed a Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint endorsed with a Notice to Defend, against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, docketed to NO. 150300766, wherein Plaintiff seeks to foreclose on the mortgage secured on your property located, 1455 North 7th St. Philadelphia, PA 19131, whereupon your property would be sold by the Sheriff of Philadelphia County.
