On Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. The Philadelphia Municipal Authority will hold a Special Board Meeting on the 9th Floor of 1515 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA. The Board will consider the adoption of a Resolution to be involved in a project in conjunction with the City of Philadelphia for the acquisition and financing of a new City facility for the headquarters of the Philadelphia Police Department located in the area of 46th and Market Streets in Philadelphia and to request the Council of the City of Philadelphia to expand the powers of the Authority to undertake this project. Also, the Board will consider the adoption of the Audit Reporl for Fiscal Year ended 2013. The
