Scope of Work
Garage D is a five story precast concrete structure which was built in 1974. The Authority has hired a contractor to restore the garage by making various repairs including; concrete repairs, joint sealant replacement, drainage, waterproofing and expansion joint replacement.
The City of Philadelphia, Department of Licenses and Inspections requires special inspections and materials testing, as called for in the International Building Code, Chapters 17 and 18.

Respondents are required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit on Monday, June 27, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the offices of the Philadelphia Parking Authority - Airport Operations located at 1 Main Toll Plaza, Philadelphia International Airport, Philadelphia, Pa 19153.
